We always thought that buying All Clad and Calphalon cookware was the best thing for any home and professional chefs until friend of ours bought and proved us wrong. Since then we have bought Cuisinart Multi Proclad Cookware Set and we love it. For those of you are looking for good cookware in reasonable price, I would strongly recommend Cuisinart 77-10 Chef’s classic set to them. You will not be disappointed and currently it is selling under $100 at Amazon from its original retail price of $400, so it is a super great deal.
This is a great set of cookware. The look terrific on the pot rack over my island, and after three months of use they gleam like new. They do require some adjustments in the kitchen. First, the heat conductivity is amazing. I have a propane stove, so the flame is very hot. I rarely use any setting higher than the minimum, and even then having a flame tamer is essential. The evenness of heat distribution is very good . . . grilled cheese sandwiches are absolutely even in browning. One problem I found is cleaning them, it bit tough so I use bar keeper’s friend to clean these pots and its seems to do wonder.
One of our friend had purple Paula Deen Cookware, which is my favorite color so I had to check this cookware set out. Not only this 10 piece cookware set is under and around $100 but it also comes in three color choice of purple, black and oatmeal color. (price may vary on various colors). Not only this cookware set looks great, it cooks food well too. It is light weight unlike all clad cookware but still quality cookware. The curvy rubber handles grips are easy to hold and stays cool during cooking process. One thing we like about this set that it is so easy to clean with little soapy water and food does not stick at all when I cooked which is always a good for me as we are trying to cut down on using butter and oil and be more healthy.
